first click the qeustion mark next the the home button to see how old your penguin is. if it is 30 or above, click the 'M' on the top right coner.
take the qiuz, if you answer enogh right to be a worthy agent who wil keep club penguin safe, you will receive a spyphone that can teleport anywhere plus you will be given acseess to the hq!
